Your SSD has bigger problems than Fast Startup
Don't bother disabling Fast Startup because you think it will decrease the lifespan of your SSD. In the endless quest to optimize our Windows machines, you may have been told to disable Fast Startup, a setting meant to reduce boot time by writing your system to a hibernation file. It speeds up startup by having everything ready to go, so when you start your computer, it won't have to run through an entire initialization routine, saving time.
