New 24-hour behavioral health crisis center for teens opens in north Springfield
Centerstone opened its new Youth Resiliency Campus in Springfield on April 9. It offers round-the-clock crisis treatment, residential care and intensive outpatient care for youth facing acute mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
