My Windows 11 PC will refuse to start unless this USB drive is plugged in
When I was working in IT, the company needed every Windows laptop to be encrypted with BitLocker, whether it was on-premise devices or something we would take home. It's a basic level of protection that was supposed to protect the drive in case of theft or loss. But on top of that, my work laptop wouldn't boot unless I used a specific USB drive provided by the company.
