The only Excel PivotTable trick that most people actually need
Most people build a PivotTable, drag a field into Values, get a sum, and walk away. That's fine if all you need is a total, but totals on their own are just numbers sitting there. They don't tell you which region carries the most weight or how sales are building month over month. The feature that answers those questions is "Show Values As," and it's already inside every PivotTable you create.
