Reading was once a massive part of my life. It was my safe space, my escape, and the one habit I never had to force. However, that was me years ago. I went from reading two to three books a day in high school to barely finishing a single one in months. Other than getting older, life getting busier, and responsibilities piling up, the bigger problem was that reading stopped being the easiest thing to reach for. My phone, iPad, or MacBook, and a sweet Netflix binge were always right there. Far less effort, and far quicker rewards.
