It will feel like June before Easter — NOAA warns 11 states of exceptionally high temperatures
Summer before easter? Sounds like a joke. But it’s true.
As our impact on the environment becomes all too real, climate change has affected every nook and cranny of the world. And as the planet warms due to the inconceivable temperatures that have become all too common, some regions are feeling the burn more than others.
The NOAA has issued a warning that needs to be heeded in some states.
How are we placing our home and ourselves in danger
Earth is our one and only home, at least for now.
And as time has progressed over the past few decades, the Earth is getting sicker and sicker. And we only have ourselves to blame for the situation we now find ourselves in.
For decades, we ignored the warnings of impending danger from the researchers and scientists of the global community.
Our need to develop energy-generating processes to power our collective progress has led us down a very dark path indeed. The question becomes, how do we move forward without impacting our climate?
Our need for energy has impacted our collective future
As time moves forward, our home and we as a species are changing; that much is clear.
Are progress and the evolution of the planet intrinsically linked? Yes indeed, they are. And scientists have warned us all that the planet and the beautiful landscapes we enjoy are changing, and at a much faster pace than we ever thought possible.
Emissions of harmful greenhouse gases are a serious problem that needs our immediate attention. Decarbonizing the energy industry has become a top priority to meet self-imposed, worldwide emission reduction targets.
Wind farms and their turbines are a sure-fire method to reduce our impact on the planet.
As the planet reacts to our devastating energy needs, it is changing in ways we never knew existed. Strange happenings around the nation have raised concerns over our future, and the planet is offering a chance to better understand these strange ecological events taking place.
The snow blizzards that encompassed the nation are clearing, and bringing with them another concern for millions around the nation. Are you prepared for an earlier start to the iconic warm weather around this beautiful nation?
No doubt that some of us have been hoping for warmer weather, as the snowstorm was a little too much for some.
A warning issued has raised a different set of concerns for locals
NOAA has issued a warning that over the coming weeks, certain states in the Southern, Central, and Southwestern regions will experience higher than normal temperatures.
The states that need to get the AC ready and prepare for hotter-than-normal heat levels are:
- Massachusetts
- Rhode Island
- Connecticut
- New York
- New Jersey
- Pennsylvania
- Delaware
- Maryland
- Virginia
- North Carolina
NOAA has noted that temperatures in these states will be 10–20°F above average for mid-March, starting from March 4 and running until March 8, and that residents should prepare accordingly. Temperatures up to 80% higher than normal are slightly worrying.

Many of the states listed will see temperatures of between 50 and 60 degrees when normally, they would be between 35 and 40. These will start to materialize ahead of the weekend and drop from around March 7.
First an avalanche of snow unprecedented in recent memory, now exceptionally warmer weather conditions than normal. that will feel like June before Easter has even passed.
The world is speaking to us in a variety of weather-related ways about how climate change is causing discomfort across the U.S.
So, come heavy snow, freezing rain, or exceptionally warm temperatures, we need to act now or face a new era of increasing odds of weather disasters. Be certain to check your thermostat over the coming days.
