I won't buy another monitor without this port
Most people grab an HDMI cable when they set up a new monitor, and I was no different. HDMI has been the default display connection for so long that reaching for one is practically muscle memory—but it turns out HDMI only does one job, and USB-C does several. Before my two Samsung M80D Smart Monitors even showed up, I had HDMI cables ready to go on my desk. I never used them.
