City of Springfield reschedules unveiling of Expo Center redesign for Thursday
The City of Springfield and architect Populous will reveal their initial design of a proposed renovation and expansion of the Expo Center on March 19, with the renovation to be funded by a 3% tourism tax increase to be voted on by residents on April 7.
