I was gifted a used Fitbit a couple of years ago, and, at the time, I couldn’t have been less interested. Eventually, though, I started counting laps in the pool, checking calories burned, and monitoring my heart rate on the treadmill, and it proved to be an excellent motivational workout tool that I still use to this day. However, until recently, I rarely wore it unless I was exercising.
