My clothes dryer works so much better now, thanks to this $9 gadget
For months, my dryer was taking almost two full cycles to dry a single load. The laundry room ran noticeably warm when it was going, and cycle times kept creeping longer. The machine is only four years old, so age wasn't the answer — and when I checked the exterior vent from outside, it was completely clear. The problem was somewhere in the middle, and it turned out to be a clogged lint trap housing.
