Isabel Gomez, a 24-year-old woman from Rogers, Arkansas, was charged with DWI - death of another and operation of a noncommercial motor vehicle while unlawfully using an electronic communication device - death of a person after a crash in Barry County, Missouri that killed her juvenile passenger.
