Queen City Shout celebrates 15 years of music and poverty relief
Queen City Shout, a music festival in Springfield, has grown from its humble beginnings 15 years ago to feature more than 100 artists, film, art, dance and poetry offerings, and benefit poverty relief efforts in the Ozarks.
