Massachusetts Democrat Arrested on ‘Appalling’ Federal Fraud Charges
The FBI arrested Massachusetts State Rep. Francisco Paulino (D-MA) Wednesday after a federal grand jury indicted the Democrat lawmaker on 11 counts stemming from an alleged scheme to fraudulently obtain more than $700,000 in taxpayer-funded COVID relief money.
