In Nevada speech, Trump chases after toddler on stage before joking he doesn't want him to 'be Biden and fall'

President Donald Trump shared a pair of lighthearted moments with a toddler during a Nevada event Wednesday, first stepping in to stop the young boy from wandering off-stage before joking, "I don't want him to be [former President Joe] Biden and fall off the stage."

The moment unfolded after Trump invited Sandra and Brad, a Las Vegas couple, on stage at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa with their two young children as he touted his administration's Trump Accounts and "no tax on tips" initiatives.

As the child's mother, Sandra, began to address the crowd, the toddler appeared ready to make a break for it before Trump quickly reached out to stop him from leaving the stage.

"I don't want him to be Biden and fall off the stage," Trump quipped, drawing laughter from the audience.

The playful exchange wasn't the family's only memorable moment with the president.

Later, after Sandra told Trump, "He did want to say a little something to you, Mr. President," Trump replied, "Yes, thank you, thank you very much."

The toddler then babbled briefly before his mother softly prompted him, "Thank you for my Trump Account."

"Thank you for my Trump Account," the little boy repeated into the microphone, prompting an uproar of applause from the crowd.

"Good job," Trump responded with a smile, clapping for the toddler as the audience continued cheering.

Earlier in the event, Trump introduced the family by explaining that Sandra works as a waitress at a Las Vegas casino, while Brad serves as an officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Trump said the couple had benefited from his administration's tax policies and were investing in Trump Accounts for their two children.

"It's a beautiful family," Trump said as they joined him on stage.

Trump is a father of five and has 11 grandchildren.
