A California city just declared an emergency after malware hit its 911 systems
The incident began at around 5:45am on Friday, August 7, according to the city's incident page. Suisun City, a community of approximately 30,000 people located 55 miles north of San Francisco, declared the emergency at a special council meeting the following morning.
