Missouri advances bill to raise speed limit, end most vehicle safety inspections
The Missouri House has passed a bill to increase the state's speed limit to 75 miles per hour on rural, four-lane highways. The bill would also eliminate vehicle safety inspections for most passenger cars and trucks.
